Hopefully most of you will have now seen the refurbished clubhouse and grounds. You will also be aware that the transformation was made possible by the incredible generosity of Tom Simms, a life-long member of the Club. The official reopening of the Club this Saturday at noon will be marked by the unveiling of a plaque in memory of Tom after whom the grounds will be renamed. I have attached a copy of the official opening brochure.

The opening ceremony will be followed by a lunch before the 1st XVs first league game of the year against local rivals Larne. This will no doubt be a typically hard fought derby game but I know that the Carrick coaches and players will want to secure the win to finish the day in style and also to set the tone for the season ahead. Please come along and give your very vocal support to the team.
